Its semi-automatic hardening cycle with gas protection allows hardening the goods directly in the oil tank in front of the furnace.

Once immersion in the oil tank is finished, the lift pulls up the goods from the tank. Then a linear axis takes the basket out of the furnace (no mixing of parts, homogeneous hardening).The basket dimensions are defined in accordance with your needs.

This hardening furnace has been developed for automation machining, clockwork manufacturers and suppliers of small mechanical pieces.
